Join us for our winter series\u00a0Dance Lab<\/strong>\u00a0of Dance Lab gatherings in the Hudson Valley!<\/p>\n

This is part of a series that will take place the 4th Friday of every month @ The Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY ~ a short drive from Kingston.<\/p>\n

For this event, we’ll start with a guided movement class titled\u00a0As Above<\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a0Issa Marcantoni and Kendra McKinley<\/strong>, followed by an Ecstatic Dance with\u00a0DJ Catori<\/strong>, ending with a closing sound healing with\u00a0Kendra McKinley.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through movement. No prior dance experience is required, just come as you are!<\/p>\n

\n8-9:30PM: Ecstatic Dance with Catori

<\/strong>Astrologer,\u00a0Issa Marcantoni<\/strong>\u00a0and musician,\u00a0Kendra Mckinley<\/strong>\u00a0join forces to create their\u00a0zodiac movement experience<\/strong>, As Above. Journey through the progressions of the zodiac as we explore the movement of the soul through birth, connection, death, and rebirth, all in one hour on the dance floor. Kendra will be sharing her velvet voice and sultry beats in a live musical set that will guide us through the dynamic story of the zodiac while Issa will offer prompts to explore the archetypes through all 5 senses.<\/div>\n
