\nKendra McKinley is a musician and fabric painter based in the Hudson Valley. Her lush blend of chamber pop, jazz, and soul bursts with vibrance, sensuality and wit. Whether she\u2019s performing solo with a guitar and loop pedal or dancing with a full live band, Kendra\u2019s confident, honeyed voice indulges all who hear it.<\/p>\n

Amidst pandemic lockdown malaise, McKinley started drawing the faces of missed loved ones on her clothing with a sharpie. Something clicked, she ordered a pack of fabric paint and began to transform her wardrobe into a bold, graphic series of wearable art.<\/p>\n

As a performing musician, the visual element of McKinley\u2019s live show has always been carefully curated, and wearing hand-painted clothing became an extension of that aesthetic vision. McKinley then began doing one of a kind painted clothing commissions for friends and fans.<\/p>\n
